Job Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a General Services Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise work activities, and ensure equipment and facilities remain in good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks 3. Supervise external vendor work and ensure equipment remains in good condition A leading pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a General Services Technician. **Requirements:** 1\. Completed or ongoing studies in Maintenance or related fields. 2\. 6 months of relevant experience. 3\. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 4\. Availability to work in Santa Anita. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance. 2\. Carry out plumbing work, sanitary network repairs, and general maintenance. 3\. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical networks and installations. 4\. Conduct minor electrical works and assist with new installations. 5\. Supervise and follow up on work performed by external vendors. 6\. Ensure proper condition and preservation of equipment and facilities. 7\. Complete maintenance reports and forms. 8\.
