Position Summary: We are seeking a General Services Technician to perform painting, drywall, plumbing, and porcelain/ceramic repair work at various client locations. Key Highlights: 1. Painting, drywall, and plumbing work execution 2. Porcelain and ceramic tile repair 3. Client visits for service quotation **Requirements:** * General services technician * Minimum 1 year of experience * Basic knowledge of painting, civil works, plumbing, and electrical topics. **Responsibilities:** * Execute painting work * Execute drywall work * Perform plumbing work * Replace porcelain and ceramic tiles (repair of broken pieces) * Carry out assigned tasks * Conduct visits to quote services * **Work will be performed at various client locations \- Central Lima and Southern Lima** * **Working Hours: Day shift, Early shift (as required by service needs)** * **Mobility: Weekly mobility allowance of 50 soles** * **48 hours per week** * **Note:** The workweek is 48 hours. If you work overtime, we can coordinate compensation through additional time off or rest days. Salary: S/.1,700\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
