Looking for a Handyman (Multifunctional Maintenance Technician)** We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Handyman with extensive experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Your primary mission will be to ensure the proper functioning, order, and preservation of assigned infrastructure, efficiently and effectively resolving technical incidents. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * **General Maintenance:** Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance in painting, patching, drywall, locksmithing, and finishing areas. * **Plumbing:** Identify and repair water leaks, replace faucets, unclog drains, and maintain sanitary fixtures. * **Basic Electricity:** Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and detect minor electrical faults. * **Routine Inspections:** Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify repair needs or facility improvements. * **Tool Usage:** Safely operate hand and power tools, reporting any supply or material requirements to your supervisor. **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years performing similar comprehensive maintenance functions (in corporate buildings, condominiums, hotels, or commercial sectors). * **Knowledge:** Proven technical expertise in basic electricity, plumbing, painting, and general repairs. * **Competencies:** Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, proactivity, attention to finishing details, and service orientation. * **Availability:** Willingness to work rotating shifts or full-time hours as required by operational needs. **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration + statutory benefits. * All required personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools necessary to perform your duties. * Job stability and a safe, professional work environment. * Timely payments and development opportunities.
