An Aesthetic Medicine Clinic located in Miraflores is seeking a Human Resources Analyst to assume full operational responsibility for the HR department and elevate it to the next level, working in direct coordination with Administration and General Management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Lead recruitment and selection processes.
* Draft employment and service contracts, manage renewals and terminations, and maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files.
* Prepare the monthly attendance register, monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, medical leaves, other types of leave, and vacation time.
* Consolidate variable payroll data, review processed payroll, and verify calculations for social benefits and fifth-category income tax.
* Manage affiliations with AFP (Private Pension Fund Administrators), SCTR (Occupational Risk Insurance), Life Insurance mandated by Law, and subsidy recovery from EsSalud.
* Implement onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
* Address employee inquiries regarding labor matters and support disciplinary procedures in accordance with current regulations.
* Maintain departmental turnover, absenteeism, and tardiness indicators, and keep the personnel management system updated.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
* University or technical degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least one position where you simultaneously managed both recruitment and personnel administration.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the MYPE labor regime and the general private labor regime: contract drafting, calculation of social benefits, payroll settlements, and disciplinary procedures.
* Proficiency in PLAME and T\-Register.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Professional-level communication, spelling, and formal writing skills.
**PREFERRED:** Prior experience in the healthcare sector or clinics; specialization or diploma in talent management or labor regulations; familiarity with digital psychometric assessment tools.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
* Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 7 PM \| Saturdays: 9 AM to 1 PM
* Contract Duration: Initial three-month period, renewable based on performance
* Location: Miraflores, Lima
Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month
