Key responsibilities in recruitment, personnel administration, and payroll **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** We are a construction company currently seeking (01) professional who meets the profile of HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT with experience in the General Regime and Civil Construction for the Tayamarca Project, Yauyos \- Lima **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resources \- 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing; prior experience processing payrolls covering at least two distinct categories; mandatory knowledge of Labor Legislation (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION, GENERAL); advanced-level Excel proficiency. \- Knowledge of payroll systems (ERP) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Recruitment and selection process \- Preparation of employee onboarding files \- Employee registration and deregistration in t\-register. \- Familiarity with SCTR and Life Law. \- Preparation of monthly payroll under the General Regime and Civil Construction \- Knowledge of Fifth Category Income Tax calculation. \- Knowledge of AFP Declaration (NET). \- Preparation of Social Benefits Settlements \- Issuance of Employment Certificates and CTS Letters. \- Preparation of Bonus Payroll \- Calculation and preparation of CTS (May and November). \- Familiarity with PLAME. \- Knowledge of Labor Legislation and employment contracts **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Compensation: Market-competitive. *Note: Please attach your UNIQUE LABOR CERTIFICATE to your RESUME.* *We would love to have you onboard and become part of our family.
