**What will be your main challenge?**
Provide operational support and documentary assistance for import-related activities, ensuring proper file organization and assisting in cargo tracking.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Review, control, and archive customs and commercial documentation (*Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading \- BL, Certificates of Origin, DUA*, etc.).
* Track shipment status and update the daily control dashboard.
* Update shipment control dashboards (KPIs) and report cargo status.
* Assist in cost calculation for imports and record expenses in the system.
* Support basic communication and document submission to logistics operators (customs brokers and freight carriers).
* Record import-related operational data and expenses in the company’s system.
* Provide support for general administrative tasks requested by the department head.
* Manage procedures and permits via the VUCE platform.
* Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
**What are we looking for?**
* **Education:** Recent graduates from technical or university programs in International Trade, International Business, or Administration.
* **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of experience in import-related functions.
* **Knowledge:** Solid technical foundation in international trade, customs legislation, and Incoterms.
* **Tools:** Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with **ERP systems (SAP / Starsoft)** is desirable.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment.
