Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Administrator for our branch to appraise jewelry, serve customers, promote credit options, and support commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Appraise jewelry and electronic pawn items. 2. Efficiently serve customers and process transactions. 3. Proactively promote and evaluate credit options. INVERSIONES KIMER has over 30 years of market experience and operates 18 branches; we are currently seeking a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR for our SAN MARTIN DE PORRES branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately conduct the appraisal process for pledged jewelry, evaluate and appraise electronic pawn items offered by customers as collateral according to company guidelines, and assess vehicle credit. * Efficiently serve customers and the general public, and process various requested transactions. * Promote and clarify doubts or inquiries regarding available credit options with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. * Manage promotion, evaluation, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery of pawn loans. * Support achievement of the branch's assigned commercial goals across all products and/or services, in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
