Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Kitchen Assistant to support production and ingredient preparation in a gourmet culinary setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in production and mise en place 2. Preparation of ingredients according to the chef's instructions 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area We are looking for a committed, responsible, and growth-oriented Kitchen Assistant eager to advance in the gourmet culinary industry. Work Location: Miraflores – Lima Schedule: Rotating shifts (closing shift) 2 PM to 10 PM Main Responsibilities: Support in production and mise en place. Preparation of ingredients according to the chef's instructions. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Compliance with food hygiene and handling standards. Assistance with frying tasks. General kitchen support as needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold or hot sections Culinary studies (desirable) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
