Maintaining clinical records and equipment in optimal condition **Full Job Description** ASSISTANT NURSE REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of experience in outpatient and emergency departments Possession of a professional degree in Nursing Availability to work in LOS OLIVOS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide specialized patient care in accordance with the service's care process. * Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to attending physicians, nurses, patients, and their families. * Comply with internal regulations and instructions issued by the nursing coordinator and/or head nurse. * Assist medical staff during outpatient and emergency procedures. * Manage and maintain patient records, clinical histories, and other essential information required for quality service delivery or consultation requests. * Always ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data recorded in previous documents. * Supervise the preservation and good condition of medical supplies and sanitary materials. In general, all clinical equipment used at the facility must be kept clean, organized, and in perfect working condition.
