Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, diagnose mechanical failures, and ensure proper equipment operation. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery. 2. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical failures. 3. Support during plant shutdowns and emergency response. **Requirements** * Technician graduate in **Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics**, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years of experience in industrial plants**. Automotive sector experience is not considered. * Knowledge of **transmission systems, bearings, and lubrication**. * Ability to read and interpret **mechanical drawings**. * Proficiency with **hand and electric tools**. * Availability to work in Ate. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. **Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities on industrial machinery. * Diagnose **mechanical failures** and carry out corresponding repairs. * Conduct **assembly, disassembly, adjustment, and alignment** of mechanical components. * Inspect **transmission systems, bearings, pumps, and motors**. * Perform **lubrication tasks** according to the maintenance plan. * Record all maintenance activities and work performed. * Comply with **Occupational Safety and Health, and 5S** standards and procedures. * Provide support during **plant shutdowns and emergency response**. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration under the **General Regime**, effective from day one. * All **statutory benefits**. * **Timely payments**. * **Family allowance**, if applicable. * **Night shift bonus**. * Payment for **overtime hours** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
