Job Summary: Comprehensive maintenance of corporate accounts to ensure operational continuity and fulfillment of contractual objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the maintenance and operational continuity of corporate buildings 2. Supervision and proper functioning of essential equipment and systems 3. Execution of various minor maintenance tasks The mission of this position is to maintain the corporate account (building or office) in full operational condition, always ensuring compliance with contractual objectives agreed upon with the client. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Technical diploma in fields such as Electricity, Mechanics and/or related disciplines * Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, and supervision of service-providing companies * Minimum 1 year of work experience in maintenance for corporate buildings, offices, shopping centers, or similar facilities * Availability to work on-site in Magdalena del Mar from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. \- 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. \- 1 p.m. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the proper execution of the maintenance schedule for the assigned building or account, in accordance with organizational guidelines. * Ensure the proper functioning of assigned equipment and systems (air conditioning, elevators, fire alarm systems and equipment, water pumping systems, generator sets, etc.) * Perform minor tasks, such as replacing light fixtures and/or electrical outlets, plumbing work, carpentry and/or locksmithing. * Conduct daily inspections of critical equipment assigned to the building or account, according to the organization’s checklist. * Inspect electromechanical installations, electrical conditions, and infrastructure (water tanks, staircases, storage tanks, etc.) * Execute scheduled minor general services tasks across Facility accounts. * Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to the immediate supervisor, and promptly report incidents affecting equipment or systems. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures. * And others.
