Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining electrical installations, networks, general infrastructure, and water systems, with support for electrical panels and air conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of facilities and systems 2. Inventory control of spare parts and tools Maintenance of electrical installations and network cabling. Infrastructure maintenance: exhaust fans, tile replacement, power outlets, lighting fixtures, etc. Maintenance of water and drainage systems (pipes and connections). Inventory control of spare parts and tools. Support in maintaining electrical panels and air conditioning units. Availability to work at either Lima Center or Callao office. We offer formal employment under the General Regime (vacation, bonuses, CTS, family allowance, and other statutory benefits). Rotating schedule: 48 hours per week. Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,600.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing technical studies (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
