* Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks. (Mandatory).

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and organize documentation, files, and correspondence.
* Monitor and verify entry and exit of staff and general public.
* Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and report any maintenance needs.
* Control and manage supplier payments, ensuring correct execution and follow-up.
* Answer telephone calls and emails, providing accurate information and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper logistics.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
* Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Collaborate in invoice management, payments, and administrative procedures.
* Provide support to various departments according to company needs.
* Conduct procedures at public entities and ensure compliance with established protocols. (Mandatory)
* Perform tasks by reading manuals.
* Carry out other duties assigned by management.
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday: 6:40 am \- 4:40 pm
* Saturdays: 6:40 am – 2:30 pm
Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month
