We are currently seeking two (2) **PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS**. **Requirements**: \- Technical education or higher studies. \- Experience in industrial companies, specifically in the plastic sector (flexible packaging), for 1 year or more. **Knowledge**: \- Knowledge of flexible plastic processes. **Competencies**: \- Problem analysis and resolution. \- Attention to detail. \- Teamwork/collaboration. Stress tolerance. **General Responsibilities**: \- In-process quality control, control parameters, and machine conditions. \- Finished product control, packing list issuance, and quality control. \- Ensuring product safety, integrity, and quality. \- Compliance with current labor regulations and commitments outlined in the Internal Work Regulations (IWR). \- Ensuring compliance with the Internal Safety Regulations at Work (ISRTW), including internal standards and current labor legislation. **Benefits**: 1\.
