Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager with experience in civil construction projects to plan and conduct audits, ensure continuous improvement of the QMS, and provide technical support and quality advisory services. Leading KPI management and continuous improvement A company engaged in the manufacturing and installation of glass requires a QUALITY MANAGER with experience in CIVIL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. REQUIREMENTS: \-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Manager for Construction Projects (certified) \-Professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields \- Proven quality management experience. \- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office \- Willingness to work in provinces. \- Documented CV RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Perform management tasks for proposal submission. \- Receive the Work Conformity Certificate signed by the client. \- Prepare construction valuation documents. \- Deliver the Work Conformity Certificate to the Construction Sales Coordinator. \- Plan and conduct internal audits of processes involved in the QMS. \- Continuously monitor corrective and preventive actions. \- Plan and deliver training on quality topics to internal and external customers. \- Manage documentation generated by the QMS to prevent use of obsolete documents. \- Control procedures, standards, technical specifications, and other relevant documents. \- Lead the preparation of the monthly KPI dashboard and scheduled activities as part of management. \- Ensure continuous improvement and proper functioning of the QMS. \- Provide technical support for implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Quality Management System. \- Advise commercial departments on quality matters for future projects. \- Maintain the Document Management System and administer document platforms. \- Publish documents, update content, and implement changes in the system. \- Support development of Construction Project Management Indicators. \- Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
