Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for a restaurant chain, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, air conditioning (A/C), and electromechanical equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 2. Maintenance of electromechanical and hot equipment. 3. Supervision and monitoring of supplier work. A well-known restaurant chain is currently seeking maintenance technicians. Requirements: \- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician \- Knowledge of electricity. \- Basic electronics knowledge. \- Plumbing knowledge. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration. \- Willingness to travel across the districts of Barranco, Surco, Miraflores, and Magdalena. • Availability: Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM / Overnight shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (only if necessary). Main Responsibilities: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the group's electromechanical equipment. \- Preventive maintenance of hot equipment, kitchen equipment, or grease traps. \- Inspect and report on proper equipment operation and infrastructure condition at group locations. \- Supervise and monitor third-party supplier work. * Benefits: \- Salary: S/1130.00 \+ S/570.00 \- S/670.00 (based on evaluation) \- Covered lunches \- Full General Regime payroll with comprehensive benefits Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
