This is your opportunity to join a company experiencing continuous growth! **What will you do in this role?** * Develop patterns and templates for production. * Interpret design technical specifications. * Perform size grading. * Execute computerized pattern drafting to optimize fabric consumption. * Coordinate with production to ensure accurate garment construction. * Conduct sample adjustments and improvements. **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a pattern maker. * Proficiency in woven and knitted fabrics. * Technical studies in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related fields. * Knowledge of pattern drafting software. * Immediate availability. * Residence in areas near Cercado de Lima.
