AVAILABLE POSITION: **San Isidro** * **Address**: Av. del Ejercito * **Schedule**: Morning shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. * **Work Mode**: On-site * **Remuneration**: S/1,650.00 monthly ABOUT THE POSITION We seek a **creative, detail-oriented, and committed** individual with experience in baking and pastry, capable of producing high-quality products while meeting standards for flavor, presentation, and hygiene. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare bakery and pastry products according to established recipes and standards. * Prepare doughs, fillings, creams, and other ingredients with precision and care. * Monitor baking times and appropriate temperatures in ovens and equipment. * Decorate and present products attractively and uniformly. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Manage inventory levels of supplies and communicate restocking needs. * Comply with hygiene protocols, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Baker in bakeries, cafés, or restaurants. * Knowledge of pastry techniques and proficiency in using utensils and ovens. * **Studies in Pastry or Baking (preferred).** * Passion for baking, creativity, and attention to detail. * Agility, organization, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work the morning shift. * Residence in areas near San Isidro (desirable).
