Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook specializing in traditional Peruvian dishes for a restaurant with over 10 years in the market, responsible for food preparation and inventory rotation. Pleasant work environment We are a company dedicated to restaurants and pastry shops with over 10 years in the market, and we need staff for the following position: \- POSITION: COOK **WORK LOCATION: Jesus Maria** REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in preparing traditional Peruvian dishes (menu) and à la carte menu. \- Ensure proper labeling and stock rotation of products. \- Graduated from a gastronomy program (not mandatory). \- Prepare dishes according to projected quantities and scheduled timelines. \- Provide police background check or Certijoven. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities.
