Integration into a dynamic and committed team Customer Service Staff – Vaira Restobar At **Vaira Restobar**, we are looking for **Dining Area Customer Service Staff**, with excellent service attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to join our team. Job Objective To provide friendly and personalized service to customers in the dining area, promote the menu, and ensure an enjoyable experience during their visit. Main Responsibilities * Greet and courteously assist customers upon arrival. * Present the menu and provide information about dishes, beverages, and promotions. * Accurately take and record orders. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service. * Serve food and beverages according to establishment standards. * Monitor customer satisfaction throughout service. * Maintain cleanliness and order at tables and service areas. * Assist in preparing the dining area before, during, and after service. * Handle inquiries, requests, or issues promptly and courteously. * Comply with Vaira Restobar’s hygiene, appearance, and service standards. Requirements * Prior customer service experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, or similar establishments. * Professional appearance and proactive attitude. * Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Customer orientation and service mindset. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organizational skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Miraflores.
