Functions: * Clean dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, and other kitchen utensils thoroughly, ensuring proper disinfection and readiness for reuse. * Keep the washing area clean and organized. This includes properly arranging utensils on shelves and using detergents and disinfectants appropriately. * Separate and classify utensils by type, enabling efficient washing tailored to each item's needs. * Verify that equipment used (industrial dishwashers, hoses, etc.) is in good working condition, immediately reporting any malfunctions or irregularities. * At the end of each shift, report any breakages or losses of tableware, cutlery, or kitchen utensils. * Participate in cleaning kitchen walls and floors according to the schedule established by the administrative department. * Perform any other related tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor, as long as they are inherent to your position.
