ITAMAE / MAKI ROLLER – MEDATSU We are Medatsu, a restaurant specializing in makis and wings located in Miraflores, and we are looking to welcome an experienced and enthusiastic Itamae / Maki Roller to our team. Responsibilities: \* Preparation and crafting of makis and sushi. \* Proper handling of rice, fish, ingredients, and sauces. \* Mise en place and organization of the workstation. \* Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. \* Adhering to Medatsu’s quality and presentation standards. \* Collaborating effectively as part of a team and maintaining a steady pace during service. Requirements: \* Experience as an itamae, maki roller, or in sushi/maki kitchen operations. \* Strong technique in maki rolling and cutting. \* Speed, organization, and responsibility. \* Availability to work in Miraflores. \* Availability for rotating shifts.
