Inventory management and continuous improvement * A fast-food company requires a Food Engineer for its production plant. **Requirements:** * Prior plant experience * Dynamism in training * Leadership skills * Graduate or final-year student of Food Engineering * Minimum one-year commitment to the position * Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** * Train the production area by example * Schedule work calendars according to market demand * Reduce costs and eliminate failures using continuous improvement methodologies * Monitor raw material inventory to prevent plant shutdowns * Supervise product compliance with established standards Salary: S/.1,200 \+ bonus of S/.500 \+ overtime pay Payroll starts from the second month Working hours: Monday to Sunday; day off on Monday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, plus an additional 1.5 hours Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
