Position Summary: We are seeking an Aggregates Production Manager to coordinate and supervise concrete and aggregates production and dispatch, managing teams and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of concrete and aggregates production and dispatch. 2. Efficient supervision of plant equipment. 3. Management of operational staff and continuous process improvement. A construction company is looking for an experienced **AGGREGATES PRODUCTION MANAGER**, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer, Mining Engineer, Civil Engineer, or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Quarry / Aggregates Plant as Production Manager and/or Supervisor. * Knowledge of concrete and aggregates production, basic maintenance, and industrial safety. * Willingness to work in Yungay – Huaraz. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** · Coordinate production scheduling and dispatch of concrete and aggregates. · Supervise efficient operation of plant equipment. · Monitor required inputs for operations (cement, admixtures, aggregates). · Manage and supervise assigned plant operational staff. · Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure equipment operability. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Implement continuous improvements in plant processes. · Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
