Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Architect with experience in supervising finishing works for retail, office, and shopping mall projects, possessing leadership and organizational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supervision of finishing works in retail, offices, and shopping malls. 2. Management of teams, contractors, and coordination of drawings. 3. On-site quality control and strong communication skills with clients. **MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISION OF FINISHING WORKS** **IN RETAIL, OFFICES, AND SHOPPING MALLS** Licensed Architect from a prestigious university, proactive, with leadership and organizational abilities. Experience in supervision of finishing works and details for implementation projects and retail premises, hotels, and offices. Experience in management of teams and contractors. COORDINATION OF SPECIALTY DRAWINGS PREPARATION OF QUANTITIES AND BUDGETS QUOTATIONS AND PROCUREMENT COORDINATION ON-SITE QUALITY CONTROL (FINISHING WORKS) CONTRACTOR WORK VALUATIONS Strong communication skills, direct client interaction, and ability to define and propose finishing solutions.
