Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect to supervise finishing works, with experience in retail and office projects, responsible for coordination of discipline drawings, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in supervision of finishing works. 2. Preparation of quantity take-offs, budgets, and quality control. 3. Direct client interaction and finishing proposals. **MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISION OF FINISHING WORKS** **IN RETAIL, OFFICES, COWORKING SPACES, AND CLUBS** Bachelor's degree and/or licensed Architect COORDINATION OF DISCIPLINE DRAWINGS PREPARATION OF QUANTITY TAKE-OFFS AND BUDGETS QUOTATIONS AND PROCUREMENT COORDINATION QUALITY CONTROL ON SITE (FINISHING WORKS) CONTRACTOR WORK VALUATIONS Strong communication skills, direct client interaction, and ability to define and propose finishing solutions.
