We are seeking individuals with a commercial mindset, energy, strong communication skills, and the desire to grow professionally and financially within an innovative and expanding company. **What will you do?** * Prospect new clients and business opportunities. * Conduct commercial follow-up and close sales. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings. * Maintain close relationships with clients. * Achieve established sales targets. * Participate in trade fairs, events, and commercial training sessions. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Basic proficiency in Office software and digital tools. * Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a commercial career. **What do we offer?** * Base salary between S/ 1,300 and S/ 1,600 (depending on experience). * Attractive sales commissions (no cap). * Bonuses for achieving targets. * Continuous training in consultative sales and ozone technology. * Professional development and career path. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for financial growth aligned with performance and results. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. At **OZONO VM**, we believe in developing talent.
