Teamwork and effective communication At Tcontur, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our sales team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the commercial calendar, schedule business meetings, participate in client negotiations, and conduct follow-ups. * Handle quotations, commercial proposals, and presentations. * Provide follow-up, process support, and coordination between sales and after-sales teams. * Maintain up-to-date customer information, opportunities, and closures. Assist in preparing progress reports for clients and management. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery to clients. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial support or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems.
