Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to manage the employee lifecycle—from recruitment through performance evaluation and policy administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead recruitment and talent selection processes 2. Develop and analyze strategic HR indicators 3. Design and implement internal HR policies A fuel retail company operating a chain of service stations is seeking a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of highly qualified talent through competency-based interviews and technical or psychometric assessments. * Administer and maintain up-to-date personnel files, including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and legal records. * Develop, analyze, and present strategic HR indicators (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, workplace climate, performance) to support managerial decision-making. * Coordinate and follow up on performance evaluations, training plans, and staff development initiatives. * Design, implement, and update internal HR policies, ensuring proper execution and alignment with labor regulations and corporate best practices. * Manage processing and payment of employee insurance (SCTR, Life Insurance under Law, EPS). * Other duties inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of labor legislation, HR metrics management, and HR information systems. * Competencies in analysis, communication, proactivity, and professional ethics. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with full statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 100% on-site work modality. * Market-competitive remuneration.
