Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to coordinate, implement, and supervise the execution of occupational safety and health plans and programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of safety compliance and document control An engineering and fire protection systems projects specialist company is seeking a **SSOMA ASSISTANT** for Surco. **Requirements:** * University graduate or bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * One year of experience in implementing and/or maintaining an integrated management system. * Up-to-date knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law (Law No. 29783, its Regulation, and amendments). * Knowledge of occupational safety and health training systems. * Knowledge of document management systems. * Availability to work in Surco from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (reference: alternative location Universidad Ricardo Palma). **Responsibilities:** * Organize, implement, and supervise the execution of safety plans and programs (Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program, Procedures, IPER, and others) in coordination with each work area. * Conduct training and disseminate occupational safety and health policies and legal regulations across the entire organization; train personnel for emergency and accident situations; and develop occupational safety and health training programs. * Develop \- Deliver occupational safety, occupational health, and environmental management training activities, as well as drills on emergency response procedures for people, equipment, materials, and environment to ensure active staff participation. * Update industrial safety procedure manuals. * Organize and lead accident prevention committees, rescue brigades, and drills for accidents and disasters, as included in the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan. * Prepare forms, procedures, instructions, manuals, guidelines, etc., related to SSOMA. * Supervise and ensure workers use appropriate PPE during their tasks. * Conduct inspections of facilities and infrastructure. * Control and archive documents related to the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Management System. * Supervise and verify field risk prevention officer performance. * Maintain programs that promote prevention and safety. * Comply with the Internal Regulations. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
