Position Summary: IDM Technology is seeking a Senior Bantotal QA to ensure the quality of developments and products, coordinate teams, and actively participate in the software development lifecycle. Design and execution of functional, manual, and automated tests. At IDM Technology, we are looking for a Senior Bantotal QA; if you possess the required experience and expertise, apply now and embark on this new challenge with us. **Responsibilities** * Manage and track functional requirements to ensure their correct implementation. * Coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary working sessions, ensuring alignment among teams and projects. * Ensure developments and products meet quality criteria and are delivered successfully within established timelines. * Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with the Product Owner in requirement definition and validation. * Design, execute, and document functional test cases (manual and automated) across all project phases. * Monitor software quality through performance testing and code quality control tools. * Perform any additional duties assigned by your direct supervisor. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional QA, including at least 2 years in banking or financial sectors. * Support and maintenance of AS400 (Bantotal) modules: Liabilities, Loans, Debit and Credit Cards, Collections and Discounts (Promissory Notes and Invoices), Telebanking – Transactions for Individuals and Onboarding (BT SBP). * Development and adjustments in RPG/COBOL/CL and queries in DB2/SQL. * Incident handling and change management (QA\-Production). * Experience in greenfield implementation projects. * Proficiency in functional requirements handling and functional testing (manual and automated). * Active participation in multidisciplinary working sessions under agile methodologies (Scrum), with mastery of all related ceremonies. * Close collaboration with the Product Owner in requirement definition and validation. * Knowledge and application of BDD (Behavior Driven Development). * Experience in designing, advanced writing, and executing Gherkin test cases. * Experience in automated functional testing. * Experience in performance testing, including load and stress testing. * Knowledge and use of code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube). * Experience managing concurrent projects and collaborating with multiple teams.
