Bonuses and incentives for awarded contracts and closed deals AZURI, a Peruvian company dedicated to the development of construction and consulting projects, is undergoing strategic expansion and growth, and therefore seeks to recruit top talent for the position of ***Business Development Specialist.*** ***Academic Qualifications:*** Graduates in Engineering, Architecture, International Business, Administration, Law, or related fields. ***Work Experience:*** The candidate must demonstrate at least 4 years of experience in: * Business development within construction, consulting, or infrastructure companies. * Preparing, coordinating, and submitting technical and financial proposals to public and/or private entities. * Participating in procurement processes governed by Peru's Public Procurement Law. * Forming and coordinating strategic consortia. * Identifying and recruiting specialist professionals to meet required profiles specified in Terms of Reference (TDR) and administrative bases. * Coordinating with specialists, consultants, designers, and partner firms. * Identifying business opportunities and building strategic relationships. * Managing technical, commercial, and administrative documentation for tenders and competitions. ***Preferred Experience Includes:*** * Awarded procurement processes, * Generation of commercial opportunities, * Strategic project development, * Professional networking within the construction, consulting, or infrastructure sectors. ***Work Modality:*** The candidate must be available to work onsite at AZURI’s offices in Cajamarca. ***We Offer:*** * Monthly salary range between S/ 3,000 and S/ 6,000, depending on evaluation, experience, and professional capability. * Bonuses and incentives for awarded contracts and closed deals. * Professional growth and development path. * Participation in high-impact projects.
