We seek individuals who are initiative-driven, possess strong communication and negotiation abilities, have an interest in sales, and aspire to grow professionally within a dynamic environment where they will receive training and mentoring to enhance their commercial competencies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and acquire new clients to expand the commercial portfolio (70% office-based work and 30% field visits). * Conduct business meetings and site visits. * Prepare proposals and quotations, providing follow-up until sale closure. * Maintain continuous client contact to ensure proper service delivery and follow-up. * Submit periodic reports on commercial activities and goal achievement. **Required Profile:** * Final-year student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Desirable experience of 6 months to 1 year in sales, customer service, or commercial activities. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. * Proactive individual with initiative and a learning orientation. * Maximum age: 27 years. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. **We Offer:** * Immediate enrollment in MYPE payroll. * Market-competitive salary. * Continuous training. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
