Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Trainer to develop and strengthen the sales force, customers, and installers’ competencies through effective and customized training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and strengthen sales competencies. 2. Deliver training on products and installation. 3. Today, we seek to add young talent to our team for the position of: **SALES TRAINER** **Job Mission** **Develop and strengthen the competencies of the sales force, customers, and installers** through the execution of effective and customized training that enhances product knowledge and installation expertise, contributing to improved customer satisfaction. . **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on Klar products and their correct installation, targeting the sales teams of authorized distributors and master installers in Lima, provinces, and other countries. * Respond promptly to technical inquiries from customers and master installers regarding our products and their installation. * Design and update teaching materials, presentations, and digital content to support communication and implementation of training programs. * Coordinate and manage logistics required for trainings, including scheduling, venues, resources, and interdepartmental support. * Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of training programs. * Support trade fairs, promotional activities, and sponsored events to promote the company’s brand across diverse settings and audiences. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * 1\-2 years of experience as a trainer in construction, building materials, or related sectors. * Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Willingness and ability to travel. **Benefits** * Round-trip commuting mobility: from **La Rambla** to **Lurín**. * **Boost your future!** Access **SENATI technical career sponsorship** for employees or their children with over 1 year of tenure. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Profit-sharing payments. * Corporate benefits in health, education, entertainment, wellness, and exclusive discounts. ***At Klar Latam, we champion equity, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals.
