Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Ensure the execution of the commercial training strategy in Peru, connecting business needs with learning solutions that drive performance, development, and growth of the commercial network. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** **Key Responsibilities** * Implement the training strategy: Execute the learning strategy in Peru, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local priorities. * Localize learning experiences: Adapt regional or global content, tools, and programs to the needs, context, and culture of Peru, ensuring relevance and effectiveness for diverse audiences. * Manage the learning pathway: Administer and maintain an updated training curriculum, ensuring that content, programs, and experiences are organized according to the needs of each role and audience. * Manage training projects and initiatives: Plan and coordinate learning initiatives end-to-end, engaging various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and objectives. * Measure learning impact: Monitor participation, satisfaction, completion, and effectiveness indicators of training initiatives, generating analyses and insights to identify improvement opportunities. * Serve as a business partner: Collaborate closely with leaders and teams in Peru to identify development needs, translate them into learning solutions, and advise on the most suitable alternatives for each challenge. **What do we expect from you?** * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial training areas. * Experience working with commercial teams, direct sales channels, or business development projects. * Proficiency in management metrics and results analysis. * Familiarity with digital learning platforms or virtual training environments. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to develop effective presentations. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in San Isidro. \#LI\-LA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
