We seek an analytical, organized individual capable of transforming data into useful information for decision-making. **Requirements:** * Graduate or degree holder in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills: formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data management. * Intermediate Power BI skills: data importation, dashboard creation and updating. * SQL knowledge is desirable. * Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and clearly explain findings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect data from various sources, such as CRM, websites, Excel, or other information databases. * Clean, organize, and transform data for subsequent analysis. * Create dashboards and periodic reports for indicator tracking. * Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and campaign analysis. * Document processes and maintain updated databases. * Prepare reports in Excel or Google Sheets using formulas, pivot tables, and charts. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking. * Problem-solving. * Clear communication to present and explain results. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and willingness to keep learning. * Teamwork. **Work Location:** Lima, Peru **Work Mode:** In-person **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
