At **GAMT**, we seek a **Design Mechanical Engineer** with strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and motivation to participate in high-complexity industrial projects. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop components, mechanisms, structures, and mechanical assemblies according to project requirements. * Create 3D models, fabrication and assembly drawings, and necessary technical documentation for production. * Perform engineering calculations and select materials, mechanical elements, and commercial components to ensure safe and efficient design. * Evaluate and optimize designs considering mechanical strength, vibrations, fatigue, maintainability, safety, and manufacturability. * Provide comprehensive technical support throughout design, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning phases, coordinating with suppliers, workshops, and multidisciplinary teams. **Minimum Requirements:** * Mechanical Engineer or related degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design of industrial equipment, components, or structures (preferred). * Analytical ability, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in technical documentation, calculation reports, and development of engineering solutions. * Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Initiative, responsibility, and willingness for continuous learning. * Experience in industrial projects, prototype design and manufacturing, structural analysis, mechanical vibrations, or applied research will be valued. * Candidates with less experience but demonstrating solid technical competence, project portfolios, or hands-on manufacturing experience will also be considered. **What We Offer:** * Participation in real engineering projects for major industrial operations. * Exposure to highly complex technical challenges. * Collaborative work with specialists in design, vibrations, rotordynamics, instrumentation, and machinery diagnostics. * Access to advanced analysis, measurement, and simulation technologies. * Professional training and career growth opportunities. * Opportunity to develop solutions from conceptual stage through field implementation. * An environment where ideas, technical judgment, and innovation capability are valued. * Company-provided lunch during office-based working days. **Application:** Interested candidates may send their updated CV to: ***rrhh@gamtgroup.com*** with the subject line: **“Application – Design Mechanical Engineer”**.
