Professional development and career path A company specialized in telecommunications engineering and applied technologies is seeking a **Field Supervisory Engineer** to lead the installation, configuration, and supervision of video surveillance (CCTV) systems and technological equipment in projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV video surveillance systems. * Coordinate and supervise structured cabling, power, communications, and technological equipment installation work in the field. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues arising during project execution. * Verify correct installation, connectivity, and operation of cameras, recorders, switches, links, and auxiliary equipment. * Coordinate with the technical team on task distribution, progress tracking, and resolution of operational contingencies. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and proper use of tools, materials, and PPE. * Prepare daily technical reports and project progress reports. * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines. * Validate functional and operational testing of installed systems prior to service delivery. * Provide technical support and on-site assistance to field teams when operational incidents or requirements arise. **Requirements** * **Graduated, licensed, and registered engineer** in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications, technology, or electronic security systems projects. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in CCTV system installation and configuration (mandatory). * Experience handling and implementing video surveillance cameras, NVRs, DVRs, switches, structured cabling, and communication networks. * Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems in the field. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating operational activities. * Desired experience in mining, industrial projects, or work in remote areas. * Availability for on-site work and travel as required by the project. **Skills** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Effective communication and operational coordination. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. **Benefits** * Ongoing training in telecommunications and applied technologies. * Opportunities for professional development and career progression within the company. * Timely salary payments. * Potential participation and continuity in future company projects, based on performance.
