Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Association's financial resources efficiently. 2. Analyze financial statements and prepare accurate institutional reports. 3. Coordinate and supervise outsourced accounting services. DESCRIPTION A leading company in the mining sector is seeking a professional to fill the position of Financial Analyst with the following responsibilities: * Support the Administrator in the efficient management, control, and proper recording of the Association's financial resources, ensuring their use complies with established guidelines. * Perform analysis of financial statements and structure the required accounting information for external and internal audits. * Be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of institutional financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and consistency with current regulations. * Verify that supporting documentation submitted by suppliers meets tax requirements and is appropriate for validation and subsequent issuance of corresponding invoices. * Assume direct responsibility for coordinating and supervising outsourced accounting services, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax standards. * Provide operational and technical support to Management in implementing and ensuring the proper functioning of the Association's administrative processes. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization and/or diploma in Finance, Management Control, or Financial Planning in Social Development Project Management. * Knowledge of financial planning, budgetary control, or investment analysis. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel modeling. * Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management of Social Development Projects. * Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. Knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations. * Familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable. * Intermediate English (Desirable)
