Job Summary:
This role involves financial control and planning for projects, allowing you to learn and contribute within diverse technical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support cost monitoring and updating of interim calculations.
2. Track accounts receivable and critical purchase orders.
3. Assist in preparing internal financial reports.
**Example of Your Day**
You will primarily work on project financial control and planning. You will join each project team and have the opportunity to interact, learn, and contribute—understanding how we execute our clients' requirements.
**How You Will Stand Out**
* Support project cost monitoring and updating of mitkas (interim calculations) in both the Spiridon system and the PDash reporting tool.
* Track accounts receivable, critical purchase orders, foreign exchange hedging, bank guarantees, insurance policies, warranty provisions, and other provisions.
* Support preparation of internal BU reports: planning (sales revenue entry, gross margin, cash flow), productive personnel costs, accounts payable, domiciled operations, and withholding tax collections.
* Provide operational support, including issuing customer invoices, entering accounting entries, and supplier confirmations.
* Provide administrative support to customers: invoice dispatch, bank guarantees, insurance policies, etc.
**What You Bring**
* Student in the 8th semester of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
* Intermediate English proficiency
* Advanced Excel skills
* Prior experience is desirable but not mandatory
