Key Responsibilities: * Manage import processes, including negotiation and quotation with freight forwarders, customs clearance coordination, and SADA numbering. * Request and evaluate ocean and air freight quotations to meet commercial requirements. * Coordinate export processes to customers in Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia, collaborating with logistics operators, freight forwarders, and the Accounting Department. * Administer customs documentation (international invoice, packing list, technical specifications, MSDS, certificate of origin). * Manage and update supplier product information records (local and international). * Calculate DDP costs for equipment in commercial proposals. * Submit import invoices/DAM to the Accounting Department for payment processing. * Coordinate and manage local transportation and distribution for customer deliveries. * Issue Electronic Waybills (GRE) for direct deliveries. * Manage equipment delivery to local and international customers. * Receive and validate invoices from local suppliers (products and services). * Create and manage purchase orders for domestic and international suppliers. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure equipment delivery within agreed timelines. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization: Preferred in Logistics and Foreign Trade. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Software: Intermediate Microsoft Office; intermediate SAP (MM and SD) preferred. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in similar positions.
