Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead process improvement and transformation initiatives in a distribution and logistics company. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent company in the distribution and logistics sector is currently looking for: **PROJECT MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience managing process improvement, transformation, or continuous improvement projects. * Knowledge of process identification, documentation, and redesign. * Experience in preparing functional requirements for technology projects. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, BPM, or similar). *(Preferred)* * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. *(Preferred)* * Experience coordinating with business areas and technology teams. * Analytical ability, results orientation, organizational skills, and effective communication. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and document processes across various organizational departments. * Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. * Design and implement process optimization proposals. * Prepare functional requirements for technology developments. * Coordinate with the responsible engineer for implementation of improvements. * Conduct functional testing and validate developed changes. * Measure and analyze the impact of implemented improvements using KPIs. * Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational efficiency. **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Participation in strategic organizational transformation projects. **Contact us and apply now:** 922 585 181 Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
