We seek to incorporate an **HR Analyst** into our team, who will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the department's main processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage timekeeping, attendance, and personnel control. * Prepare employment contracts, renewals, and related labor documentation. * Administer personnel files and physical/digital records. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. * Review documentation and ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Address issues related to workplace climate and employee well-being. * Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and corporate activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of employment contracts, compensation, personnel administration, and labor legislation. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory) and familiarity with office tools. * Strong organizational skills, leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. * Experience working directly with employees and across various departments within a company.
