Location: Villa El Salvador Salary: S/ 1,300 to S/ 1,500 MYPE payroll enrollment from day one ✅ Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or final-cycle student in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, or similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in document control and personnel file management. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Recruitment and selection experience is desirable. * GeoVictoria proficiency is desirable. Responsibilities: * Manage employment documentation, contracts, and personnel files. * Monitor attendance, tardiness, vacations, and leaves. * Prepare attendance and incident reports. * Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Provide support in personnel administration and document management. * Coordinate the regularization of employment documents.
