Position Summary: We are seeking an HR intern to support recruitment, document management, personnel control, and objective tracking, thereby developing key competencies in this field. We are looking for a Human Resources Management Intern! Main Responsibilities: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Assist in recruitment and personnel selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up). 2\. Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. 3\. Archive and digitize documentation related to contracts, renewals, vacations, leaves, and other personnel movements. 4\. Support attendance, leave, and license tracking according to established procedures. 5\. Prepare reports and metrics for the department. 6\. Monitor work objectives set for each employee. 7\. Support monitoring of employees’ medical examinations and vaccinations, as well as coordination with the occupational physician. 8\. Track workplace incidents or accidents in coordination with the safety supervisor or immediate supervisor. Requirements: \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel preferred). \* Proactivity, organizational skills, communication, and teamwork. Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
