Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop product strategy and vision, engage stakeholders, identify market trends, and participate in the product transformation agenda, collaborating with project sponsors. Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** Responsibilities: * Participate in developing the product strategy under your responsibility, establish standards, and generate and disseminate knowledge: Monitor management dashboard metrics; Track daily indicators and portfolio financial indicators; Monitor campaigns aligned with strategy; Track billing and daily pricing across channels; Define workstreams. * Develop the strategic approach and vision for the products under your responsibility: Analyze potential and segment actions; Evaluate business opportunities and assess feasibility of expanding risk segments to enhance product profitability. * Engage key stakeholders to advance products under your responsibility: Promote coordination meetings with various actors and follow-up forums with involved areas to review progress on critical initiatives of the Strategic Plan. * Identify key market trends and external suppliers/leaders’ perspectives regarding the Bank, and incorporate their feedback: Review product trends and research competitors’ latest developments. * Participate in developing the transformation agenda for products under your responsibility: Identify product innovation opportunities and continuously monitor product improvements based on local or BBVA Group feedback. * Collaborate with project sponsors: Submit technical requirements to PACMAN for project evaluation and observations; Develop Business Cases (BC) and CANVAS for projects; Conduct weekly follow-ups to stay On Track; Define project scopes. * Communicate product guidelines and policies to involved teams: Organize regular communication meetings and update relevant product documentation accordingly. * Participate in portfolio and SDA management related to products under your responsibility: Monitor SDA projects and continuously manage the portfolio with Risk to avoid exceeding budgeted provisions. * Perform other duties assigned by your leader and drive continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions. * Strong analytical skills for handling indicators and reports.
