Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and committed professionals to manage information collection, analysis, design, and implementation of indicators and end-to-end (E2E) monitoring, while administering monitoring tools and service levels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage information collection for indicator creation. 2. Analyze, design, and develop Engineering indicator dashboards. 3. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** ------------------- 1\. Manage information collection for indicator and associated structure creation. 2\. Analyze, design, and develop Engineering indicator dashboards. 3\. Periodically update indicator properties and results. 4\. Manage monitoring: Receive and analyze monitoring requests from SDA, BAU, relevant incidents, Systems, and Infrastructure. 5\. Analyze, design, and implement E2E monitoring for critical channels and services. 6\. Prepare metadata for Service Level implementation. 7\. Implement activities to ensure MTTR control compliance. 8\. Implement global E2E monitoring control activities. 9\. Administer monitoring tools: Version updates, licensing, deployment on infrastructure, etc. 10\. Manage Service Levels for global critical channels and local services. 11\. Implement local Service Levels. 12\. Track action plans based on Service Level results. 13\. Analyze Service Level trends and results to propose targets for subsequent periods. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Python (Min. 2 years):** Data development and analysis for automation and extraction/transformation of large volumes of information (using *Pandas, NumPy, Requests*, and APIs). * **Elasticsearch (Min. 1 year):** Tool management (Kibana dashboards, alerts, Logstash, APM, indices, and ILM policies). * **E2E Monitoring and Observability (Min. 1 year):** Implementation across the full technology stack (networks, load balancers, JBoss, servers, logs) and metric correlation to identify root causes. * **Linux (Min. 1 year):** Fluent command-line-level OS administration, services, and package installation. * **Soft Skills (Min. 1 year):** Proactivity, teamwork, strong commitment, positive attitude, and experience in project tracking (task and time management). **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)** ---------------------------------------- * **Dynatrace:** Ideal 1-year knowledge of dashboards, agents, and alerts. * **SLA Management:** Ideal 1-year knowledge of monthly availability and performance calculations and operational reporting. * **Innovation/AI:** Experience applying Python to *Machine Learning* models (anomaly detection), Generative AI, and agent orchestrators. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
