Results-oriented decision-making In Digital Transformation, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and accelerate the effective execution of technology projects. We seek someone with leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and strong organizational capacity—capable of thriving in agile environments and making decisions focused on outcomes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technology projects. * Experience in industries such as E-commerce, Retail, or Telecommunications. * Experience working with technical teams: Backend, Frontend, QA. * Proven experience in agile environments and Digital Transformation projects. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Fundamentals of software development (lifecycles, APIs, databases, common frameworks). * Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.). * Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro). * Knowledge of PMI standards (PMBOK). * Practical Scrum experience (certification preferred) **SOFT SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION:** * Leadership and facilitation skills * Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. * Goal-, results-, and customer value-oriented mindset. * Conflict resolution and ability to manage high-pressure situations. **SCHEDULE:** * Days: Monday to Friday * Hours: 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM * Work Mode: Hybrid **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll * Market-competitive salary * Professional growth opportunities * Health insurance * Family allowance * Birthday leave ticket ***JOIN TD!*** Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you agreeable to formal employment under MYPE payroll? * Have you worked with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)? * Do you have experience leading software development projects? * This position has a salary range between S/ 4,000 and S/ 6,000 gross monthly, to be determined based on candidate’s experience and competencies.
