Technology project planning and implementation We are a construction company with over 43 years in the market, and we are currently seeking a professional to fill the position of IT Technical Support Manager, who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical and/or higher education in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at intermediate/advanced level. * Knowledge of ERP s10\. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role within construction companies. * Preferred specialization in IT management, cybersecurity, or digital transformation. * Knowledge of: Network, server, and database administration; enterprise ERPs and management software; familiarity with BIM platforms, AutoCAD, and collaborative construction tools; technological infrastructure management and IT support. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer and supervise the company’s technological infrastructure (servers, networks, equipment, and communications). * Ensure operational continuity of computer systems and corporate platforms. * Plan and execute technology projects aligned with business needs and ongoing construction projects. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Manage information security, backups, and cybersecurity policies. * Administer licenses, corporate software, and outsourced technology services. * Coordinate technical support for administrative offices and construction projects. * Implement technological improvements to optimize construction and administrative processes. * Supervise technology, telecommunications, and systems vendors. * Prepare and control the IT department budget. * Manage user access, corporate email accounts, and technological resources. * Develop procedures, policies, and technical documentation for the department. * Provide technical support for ERP, BIM, document control, and management platforms. * Monitor performance indicators and service availability metrics for technology services. * Train staff on proper use of technological tools and information security practices. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Full social benefits. * Insurance under the general regime.
