Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Functional Analysts to participate in technology projects, conducting requirements elicitation and documentation for software, process modeling, and collaboration with development teams. Opportunities for professional growth in an excellent work environment. **Junior Functional Analyst** Lima – Hybrid Mode (San Borja) Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension At **PROGRÁMATE**, we are looking for Junior Functional Analysts to join technology projects for a leading industrial-sector company. We seek professionals with strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and experience in eliciting and documenting requirements for software projects. **Responsibilities** * Elicit and document functional requirements from business users. * Prepare functional specifications and use cases. * Participate in process analysis and modeling. * Prepare diagrams and technical documentation for development teams. * Design and maintain functional documentation and user manuals. * Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and users throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in analysis, validation, and follow-up meetings. **Requirements** * University or technical graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in functional analysis, process analysis, or requirements elicitation. * Knowledge of functional documentation and process modeling. * Knowledge of UML. * Knowledge of Entity-Relationship modeling. * Knowledge of BPMN. * Knowledge of software development methodologies. **Additional Assets** * Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD). * Experience preparing technical manuals and user manuals. * Experience participating in software development projects. * Knowledge of object design and class diagrams. * Experience using modeling and project management tools. **Competencies** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Analytical ability. * Organization and attention to detail. * Professionalism and customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Benefits** * Participation in high-impact technology projects. * Exposure to functional analysis methodologies and best practices. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary software development teams. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
